It means we are focused on quality of movements, respecting current injuries and limitations, all while getting you in shape. Yes it’s a workout, but based on the same rehab plans we give patients at the clinic. For someone who can’t get into appointments, has limited financial means, or is lacking motivation to get their rehab done… this is very much for you!

The goal is to help you guide your body through resistance/pain or injury, while increasing your fitness and mobility. This membership is appropriate if you are looking to add some accessory/mobility work to your routine, improve your overall fitness or strength, or establish a new fitness regime.
It’s especially suited for those who have struggled with injury when trying to become active again.
If you are a postpartum or prenatal participant, please make sure you get healthcare clearance prior to starting.
